Kim Harrison, Vice President of Mailing Operations
From Mail & More’s beginning, Kim has grown up in this family-owned mailing business. Mail & More opened in 1983 in downtown Columbia, MO shortly after her graduation from the University of Missouri-Columbia, as a retail outlet that combined copying services, mailbox rentals, packaging and shipping. In 1988, Kim began supervising the newly added direct mail division. Several years later the direct mailing division expanded the service offerings by adding fulfillment services and statement processing services. Throughout the years, Kim has enjoyed learning more about the mailing industry through her involvement in area Postal Customer Councils’ activities and attending Mailing and Fulfillment Services (MFSA) conferences, National Postal Forums and other industry-related conferences and seminars.

Tom Harrison, Database Services Manager
Tom began working for Mail & More in1990. He worked in all areas of production, including inserting, jet ink addressing and bindery. When Mail & More added intelligent inserting capabilities in 1992, Tom began focusing on the database management services needed to support this service. Continuing education in appropriate software applications has enabled him to develop our database services into an integral part of both our direct mail and fulfillment services. Tom currently manages Mail & More’s database services, including all postal required applications, direct mail variable printing services, statement processing, and customized client production, fulfillment and inventory report development.

Maxine Gilman, Inventory Control Manager
Maxine joined Mail & More in 1997. She brought with her a wealth of knowledge from the food and shoe manufacturing industries, were she worked in production involving the assembly process and supervised certain aspects of production. Maxine oversees all of Mail & More’s inventory receiving, inventory movement with our mailing facility and outbound shipments for our fulfillment, direct mail and statement processing clients. Maxine enjoys traveling with account management teams to meet with clients to discuss their inventory receiving and distribution needs.

Connie Harper, Financial Systems Coordinator
Connie’s accounting and management skills were developed working for a skilled nursing facility. After receiving her skilled nursing facilities administrator license in 1995, she served her company well by closely working with company accountants to develop a double check accounting system for nursing home management. She brought her passion for accurate and efficient financial systems management with her to Mail & More in 2001. Currently, Connie manages all the postage accounting, account receivables, collections, and financial record keeping needs for both our mailing and printing divisions. Connie also works with the account management teams to develop customized client billing reports. Her active participation in the area American Records Management Association (ARMA) brings many benefits to her work.

Fawn Valentine, Account Manager
Fawn joined Mail & More, Inc. in 1999. Her past work experience with processing insurance mailings helped her quickly move into our statement processing department. Fawn operated our intelligent inserting equipment for several years processing millions of financial documents before transferring into our customer care center. Her attention to detail, ability to multi-task and adherence to high quality control standards make her an important part of our account management team. Fawn also enjoys learning more about the mailing industry through her active participation in the area Postal Customer Councils’ activities and other industry-related conferences.
