  • 1. What kind of files to upload?

    • 2. How to upload your files to our site?

    There are two ways to upload: 1. Uploading files that are 10 MB or less , click To Upload Small files>>
    2. Uploading files that are 10 MB and more, click To Upload Larger files>>

    3. What is the maximum file size upload?

    We currently have no limit on the file size. However, larger files take more space and time to upload, so DO NOT CLOSE the upload page until "SUCCESS" is displayed.
    Please exercise caution and be considerate.
    Make sure that your file has a unique file name. We suggest     including your Company Name and the Time of upload when naming your files. e.g. MailAndMoreWeb 1130AM-Invoices2009.pdf

    4. What to name your files before uploading?

    We suggest including your Company Name and the Time of upload in the name of your files.
    For an example, if your file is "Invoices2009.pdf" and your company name is Joe Bob, time of upload was 11:30 AM, then give your file the name, JoeBob 1130AM-Invoices2009.pdf, before you upload.
